  10.     You can have special bulletins for special classes of users, eg
  11.     Beta Testers.  Callers at an access level which assigns a customised
  12.     bulletin will be shown that bulletin after seeing the standard logon
  13.     bulletin.

  15.     The bulletin files themselves are of the form :

  17.         BULLET1.BBS
  18.         BULLET2.BBS
  19.         BULLET3.BBS (etc)

  21.     They are assigned to particular access levels via the GTPASSWD.BBS file.

  28.     Any bulletins may have a .CBS version for ANSI callers.  The CBS
  29.     version, if it exists, will be shown to ANSI callers.

  31.     A CBS file is never compulsory - if it does not exist the caller will
  32.     be shown the .BBS version - so you needn't maintain two versions if you
  33.     do not wish to.
